8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • The Services and AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.”
  • We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for any purpose.
  • RevVista AI is not liable for any damages, business losses, or decisions made based on AI outputs.
  • We are not responsible for service interruptions, third-party provider failures (e.g., OpenAI, Stripe), or data loss.

9. Termination

Both you and RevVista AI may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, access to the Services will end, but any outstanding payment obligations remain due.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Spain.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
